Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Are my packages insured?
YES! 😊 All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of carrier coverage at no extra cost. For higher value pieces, we add a heap of additional shipping insurance at no cost to you, so your order is fully protected!
Do orders require a signature?
Yes. Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery. This protects you and ensures your piece arrives safely in your hands. If you miss the delivery, USPS will leave a notice, and you can schedule a redelivery or pick up your package at your local post office.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future, check back soon!

What materials do you use?
We work with a wide variety of materials sourced for their character and quality. Depending on the piece, you may find sterling silver, copper, natural and calibrated stones, composite stones, ceramic, glass, sea glass, abalone, wood, leather, beads, and even vintage and old coins. Each material is chosen to complement the design and tell its own story.
Are your pieces one-of-a-kind?
Many of our pieces are made in very small batches or are truly one-of-a-kind. If you see something you love, don't wait, the exact piece WILL NOT be available again.
Care & Returns
How do I care for my jewelry?
Care depends on the materials in your piece. For silver, store in a dry place and polish gently with a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and saltwater. For pieces with wood, leather, or natural stones, keep away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. When in doubt, contact us and we'll give you specific care tips for your piece.
How do I care for turquoise pieces?
Turquoise is a porous stone and highly sensitive to moisture and chemicals. Keep all turquoise pieces away from water, soaps, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals entirely. Even brief exposure can cause permanent discoloration or damage. Store your turquoise piece in a dry place away from direct sunlight when not wearing it.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on handcrafted pieces. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with description and pictures and we'll make it right.
