Shipping policy

At Appalachian Smith, we take care to pack and ship every order with the same attention we put into making it.

Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS Priority Mail. All orders include tracking.

Shipping Insurance USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of carrier coverage. For orders exceeding $100 in value, we add additional shipping insurance at no cost to you to ensure your piece is fully protected. (US Only)

Signature Confirmation At the request of customer. (US Only)

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos at hello@appalachiansmith.com and we will make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order has been handed to USPS and a tracking number provided, Appalachian Smith is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. 

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International orders are available by request — please contact us at hello@appalachiansmith.com or DM us directly for a shipping quote and invoice. International shipping is calculated based on the actual cost of postage, insurance, and packaging at the time of your order. You will receive an invoice with the exact shipping amount before payment is collected. Free shipping applies to domestic US orders over $100 only. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order total or shipping cost
