All sales are final on handcrafted pieces. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with description and photos of the damage at hello@appalachiansmith.com and we will make it right.
